Nursery

Age: Baby - 4yrs old
This is a place where your children can start to
learn the gospel when they're young. While you're in
the Worship Service or in Sunday School learning the
gospel they're downstairs learning the gospel and having
fun at the same time. This way you can get the most out
of the service or class.
Just
Beginning
Leader: Liza Scholl / Nora Seville
Age: 4 – 3rd Grade
Our class meets during the Sunday School hour
(10:45 – 11:45) immediately following the Worship
Service. We use a hand-on curriculum that allows
children to participate in the lesson by using all of
their senses. This permits us to tailor the lesson
appropriately to both the youngest and oldest class
members.
Junior High Class
Leader: Deb Avent
Age: Grades 4th - 7th
In this class, children will learn Bible verses,
Bible values and Bible skills. They will study what the
Bible teaches about issues that are important to them.
They will also fully understand where they fit in God’s
plan.
Senior High Class
Leader: Bob Thompson
Age: Grades 8th - 12th+
In this class, young adults learn at their level
participating in various activities. They use printed
curriculum which directs them to occasionally watch
video clips or listen to skits on CD. They then discuss
what they saw or heard and the Biblical principles that
apply. Frequently they discuss current events taken from
the internet and how the events apply to the lesson.
Young adults always feel welcome because Bob puts his
age aside and brings himself down to their level.
Young Adult Class
Leader: Jeremy Snyder
Age: 18ish-30ish
Our class could be more so called "Organized
Discussion". We follow different lessons, but break
into discussions with-in those lessons. We are open and
use life experiences to help others understand the topic
at hand. We still have a few seats to fill so, please
feel free to sit in and attend regularly!
Alpha
Class
Leaders: Jeff Mathers, Zane Jeffers & Paulette

Age:
Early 40’s to 68
This Class features a mixture of ages and
backgrounds. Some of our Alpha Class participants
have been together for a long, long time. We are a
family of 10 participants attending regularly, and
approximately 5 or more additional participants
attending while schedules permit. Discussions are
based on weekly Bible Study lessons; miss one lesson
in any given week, you can be exactly where everyone
is the next Sunday as we continue on to the next
weekly lesson. The Alpha Class is most responsible
for fundraisers, assisting in social events, and
providing help wherever and whenever needed. We
pride ourselves in being there for each other
whenever the need arises. We are a fun-loving,
sincere group, and would welcome anyone to visit our
class.
Cloverleaf
Leader: Allen (Bud) Mitchell
Age: 68-84
Class was originally a group of young ladies in the
early 40's. They were mostly 18 to 21 years old. None
were married. Lillie (Showalter) Ainscough and Mary
(Stoner) Thompson were two of the original members. As
the other classes aged, the Cloverleaf Class took over
the responsibilities of funeral dinners, anniversary
Sunday, etc. about 5 or 6 years ago, the men's class
became part of the Cloverleaf. We are now ageing and
many members have passed away. We are grateful that
younger classes have "picked up the torch" to carry on
for us. We welcome new attendees.
New
Life
Leader: Pastor Jon Neely
Age: Adult Mixed 27-63
This Class features a mixture of ages and
backgrounds. Some have been members of the church for a
long time, others are brand new. We have lively
discussions centered around various topics related to
Christian living. With practical instruction applying
the Bible to life. The class is currently working on
Biblical Meditation.
